Dragon Boating

Bring Towel, Sunhat, maybe a change of clothes ( you may get wet )

And a good dose of willingness to attain some gereral fitness and some 

fun with like minded people .  

New paddlers are always welcome with older members showing how its done 

10 minutes  in the boat with the rest of the crew will have you up and paddling,

A great work out for upper body.
